Pat and Dom’s Happy Wedding Day!!

Beaufort Hotel, North Carolina

This was such a magical day and a destination wedding. I loved getting to capture Pat and Dom’s Wedding Day and getting to know them and their AMAZING family and friends.

It was a completely FULL HOUSE and everyone flew in to support their amazing love. (I mean NO ONE was local and to have this much support was just the most incredible thing to witness).

We also had an amazing vendor team. I absolutely LOVE working with the entire Beaufort Hotel team and our wedding coordinator, Audrey Spangler, EVER Events and Design Co, was spectacular. This was also the first time I’ve worked with DJ Tristan, and definitely one of my favorites. He got the crowd going and everyone was dancing all night. Diamond Bus Company did a fantastic job as always getting everyone back safely too.

The entire day was incredible but I had two definite favorite parts. The first was right after the ceremony while we were doing couples’ photos. The sun was just starting to set and it was such a sweet, intimate time under the live oak trees and by the water. It was the first time I met Pat and Dom The second was the last song of the night. All of Pat and Dom’s family and friends crowded around them on the dance floor singing “Ribs” by Lorde. I’ve had the honor of photographing many weddings, but this send-off was the most energy and love filled one I’ve ever witnessed. What a TOP NIGHT!

I have never had so many family members and friends come up to me and thank me. Wow. For me, I was just super honored to capture this wonderful wedding with THE BEST dancing, FUN, and love everywhere. It was truly special and one I’ll never forget :)
